Why I made this page. Jeff tried to rip me off by destorying my feedback in hopes he could
purchase my items outside of ebay at a cheaper price. I have his past emails for proof of this.
He also went as far as to post negative feedback for my high bidder making him look bad.
Order in which Jeff ruined my auction and my feedback
1. At 12/26/98, 00:41:46 PST, yzerman-fan leaves me a negative saying "Please do not trust - ripped me off $200.00 in the past I remember his e-mail!"
2. At 12/26/98, 13:44:55 PST, rodrun leaves me a negative saying "BEWARE: Myself and a lot of other people were ripped off by him via fake trades!"
3. A short time later I recieve an email from [email protected] inquiring about my items and my feedback.
Now I have never dealt with rodrun or yzerman-fan. At this time I did not now what was happening. Once [email protected] email me I instantly knew what was happening and I wanted to play it out so I could get all the participants.
4. [email protected] continues to talk with me and eventually ask me to end the auction early for $150.
5. I did not reply to that email.
6. At 12/28/98, 09:58:18 levis 501 leaves me a Negative feedback saying "So you think you can come here and start ripping people off huh? Good luck!?!"
7. Sacrifice bids on my auction then retracts. I think he was checking out the highest my bidders would pay. Once sacrifice bid on my stuff I knew all the players in this game.
8. I checked the url where sacrifice stored his pictures and found the email addie [email protected].
9. I also noted that the emails from sacrifice and [email protected] where from the same subnet.
This page is a warning about the ebay user Infinite-Collectibles ( [email protected] ). He
runs many auctions and he sometimes rips people off. He uses
many user names to preform his deeds. On more that one occasion he has used a user name
to bid some outrages amount, then retract saying he forgot the decimal point. Then comes back
with another user name and bid just the right amount to make his high bidder pay the most. If you
are high bidder for any of his auctions be weary of any bid retractions. None of these fraudelent auctions or on ebay anymore which makes it hard to prove this fact.
The reason why I know these user names are the same person is because of where they store pictures
for thier auctions. If you notice they shares many urls with each other and
they overlap.

Notice the similarity in the auction descriptions. Notice spiderman188 also won memorex's auction. spiderman188 is usually found
bidding on sacrifice's stuff and he does alot of bid retractions.

His full name is Jefferson Kar Fai Chan
I have recieved emails from jc96direct.ca and [email protected]. [email protected] uses Kar Fai as his name
and pretends to be a different person than [email protected]. [email protected] claims to be Jeff Chan. Looking further
thier emails both came from the same subnet. Conclusion: Jeff and Kar Fai are the same person.
UPDATE: sacrifice is now using the name infinite-collectibles ([email protected])
Also I have counted a grand total of over 60 shill accounts that jeff has used. Most have already been cancled by ebay.
When I get more time I will post the other usernames. Also, I have recently conviced ebay to cancel over 20 of jeff's
shill acounts. For awhile his main account was also canceled. Somehow he conviced
ebay to reactivate his account.
I've also searched jeff on dejanews and it looks like he's been nothing but trouble.

It also seems that his friend Ken(kenneth Wong) has made some of these shill accounts.
Jeff had posted a webpage in which ken admits to creating shill accounts on ebay for the purpose of making money.
This page has since ben taken down but I do have a copy of this page and it can be found here. This page has not been edited in any way by me.
